I know a good wing-tut (but it`s german... ) wich shows, how big wings of an angel should be, if they would realy be able to take flight [link]
(at the very end, the last picture )

I'm sure it's up there somewhere, but this does help immensely with the wing thing. I kinda figured there were bones in there somewhere, but it makes sense now ^^
