A full watercolour attempt. I have to pieces planned for the snow leopards from my 100 Animal Challenge [link] , both pieces using references solely from
 's photos.I know there are a lot of flaws, I am very new to watercolour but REALLY love using the medium, it's just so relaxing and beautiful and a nice change from digital (and not so messy as other oils or acrylics) I definitely have to learn to perfect my sketches before I jump to the colour part, 'cause in digital it's so easy to tweak it once it's scanned, this is not the case. |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. Able to lay paw in the shadow but still see ones reflection in the light of the moon
The expressions are great. If you want more of a painted/natural look, maybe you could try fading the outlines? Just a thought, since they make them look more cartoonish.
Great to see you explore the new medium no matter which effect you're going for
